Vintage 1993 David Winter Will-O’-The-Wisp Cottage Ornament | John Hine Studios Tudor Christmas Miniature

A wonderfully detailed vintage David Winter Cottages “Will-O’-The-Wisp” Christmas ornament, produced by John Hine Studios and based on the original cottage designs of David Winter.

This miniature English cottage features steep terracotta-tiled roofs, Tudor-style black timber framing, textured brick chimneys, tiny windows, climbing greenery and a winding stone setting. A small gold hanging loop is incorporated into the roofline, allowing the cottage to be displayed as a Christmas ornament while still presenting beautifully as a miniature collectible.

The original green felt underside and identification label remain intact. The label identifies the piece as David Winter Cottages “Will-O’-The Wisp,” © John Hine Studios, based on original David Winter designs and Made in China.

A charming addition to a David Winter collection, vintage Christmas display, English cottage collection or traditional holiday village.
