Vintage David Winter “Moonlight Haven” cottage from 1991, part of The Main Collection. This handmade and hand-painted English cottage was produced in the Studios & Workshops of John Hine Ltd. in Hampshire, Great Britain.
Moonlight Haven has a wonderfully storybook appearance, with sweeping golden-brown thatched roofs, two tall brick chimneys, Tudor-style black-and-cream timber framing, diamond-pane windows, winding cobblestone paths, textured stonework, ivy and tiny floral accents. The cottage is richly sculpted on all sides, making it an especially attractive display piece from multiple angles.
The underside retains its original dark green felt and identification label reading “Moonlight Haven™ by David Winter™,” © 1991 David Winter, and identifying John Hine Ltd., Hampshire, Great Britain as the maker.
A charming piece for a David Winter collection, English cottage display, cottagecore interior, miniature village collection or vintage British décor.
